Liz Stahler is raw, real and undeniably talented. Her voice is mesmerizing, and truly unique. Her songs are memorable and beautifully crafted.

She has opened for artists such as Dan Bern, Kris Delmhorst and Pamela Means. In 2005 Stahler was selected to perform at the ROCKRGRRL music conference, where she appeared alongside Meika Pauly and Kym Tuvim. Her songs have appeared on network television shows including CBS's "The Ghost Whisperer" and "The Unit." In addition, Stahler was nationally recognized in the spring of '05 when she was chosen from thousands of talented singer-songwriters as was one of six winners in the John Lennon Songwriting Scholarship contest.

In 2004 Stahler’s debut EP "Turn the Lights Down" dazzled fans and critics
alike: "Stahler is like a more genuine Sheryl Crow…blessed with gold for a voice and a penchant for songwriting…she can seemingly tell a story with one syllable"

Stahler's first full-length release, "Stitches in My Sleeve," will be released in Boston on September 27th at Club Passim. The new album a beautiful showcase of powerful songwriting and emotional performance. Produced by Jason Petrin, and engineered by Mark Wessel, the album features Richard Gates on bass, Mike Piehl on drums, and Alexander Knutsen on guitar. Also included on the record are guest performances by talented singer-songwriters Chris Garneau, Adrianne, and Kristin Cifelli.

Stahler will be touring in the spring of 2007 in support of her new release. The album will be released in Boston on September 27th at Club Passim.
